He was particularly skilled at creating personas to lure hackers from around the world to the U.S. to be prosecuted. He recently retired from the U.S. Secret Service as the Managing Director of Cyber Operations where he led global cyber investigative operations, digital forensics, mobile wireless tracking, and a critical systems protection portfolio.
